WHO'S WORKING FOR YOU?
IN MEMORY OF SENATOR NANCY SCHAEFER: I, as well as a myriad of government officials and private parties, became quite familiar with Senator Nancy Scheafer over the last few years. She was highly respected for her dedication to the task of exposing CPS and the corruption within their government funded operations.
I spoke with Senator Schaefer on numerous occasions regarding victims of child abuse laws and what we could do to change this alarming epidemic. This courageous woman stood up and spoke out for those who have no voice in the system. She was an invaluable source of information, resources and encouragement for many who have lived the nightmare she was daring to publicly expose.
In addition,we shared one very passionate pursuit. It was the absolute neccessity to expose CPS and how they are shredding the delicate fabric of American society. She worked tirelessly to get this information to the public, gather forces of like minds and take our government to task for heinous injustices against innocent Americans. Her report to the Georgia legislature exposed their indisious exploitation and "marketing" of children "under color of official title."

CAROL WIEPERT: Carol has been working independently and through networking for 19 years offering resource materials, emotional support and referrals to those who have been falsely accused due to child custody matters and/or malicious reporters. She volunteered with V.O.C.A.L. (Victims of Child Abuse Laws) for 8 years.
With others, Carol utilizes the internet, independent, legal and statistical research and other sources to seek out and support organizations who offer support to people enmeshed in the CPS system. Via her web sites, word of mouth referrals, and through networking, Carol has worked with over 1,300 families across the United States and in Canada. Carol successfully filed and settled a law suit against a CPS agency without an attorney.
In addition, Carol has worked with many local and state officials, social service agencies and school administrators in 6 states to help bring the corruption of CPS to a halt. She continues to promote legislation which will protect and preserve the rights of American parents and demand accountability for corrupt government agents working "under color of official title." WHAT CAN WE DO? I am a parent and a concerned community member when it comes to child protective services and our current foster care/adoption systems. The entire system is riddled with corruption and abuse and they victimize innocent families, including the children. This is true not only in my area, but across this nation.
I'd like to see SaveOurDestiny.com become a tool in a growing aresenal of many who fight this pervasive and insidious attack on parental rights. Social workers, their supervisors, doctors, mental health practitioners, CASA workers, lawyers, judges.... are all both affected and effected in their practices. Some are not aware they trample on people's rights. Others are simply misinformed. Others have no objectivity due to personal reasons. MOST are acutely aware that what they are doing is wrong but stand silent. Whatever the reason, our nation's families are suffering at an alarming and ever increasing rate. In short, all America's families are at risk.
